RL berry meringues are suitable for serving with coffee and tea, as a small sweet, as a dairy-free alternative to praline, with a festive toast, in cake decorations and ice cream servings – to be enjoyed alone or together, just about anywhere! Due to its excellent shelf life, the versatile product is a captivating decoration for finishing desserts served on tables (cake and pastry servings, ice cream servings, serving bowls) and to bring added value to display products with colors suitable for various themes.

Love for nature and organic product manufacturing has inspired us to develop a handcrafted product that is as natural and authentic as possible, where the colors and flavors of Finnish nature can be seen and tasted. The products in Raijanholvi’s RL meringue series contain only nature’s own flavors and colorings. The meringues are completely gluten-free and dairy-free. As a result of precise product development, the berry meringues contain 25% genuine natural berries. The RL berry meringues series includes lingonberry and blueberry flavors. The popularity of natural colorings is particularly popular with restaurant and café visitors.

RL berry meringues are a Geopark product produced by a local company in the Lauhanvuori-Hämeenkangas Geopark area.

The manufacture of meringues in our own facility guarantees precise quality control of the structure and color.
